Elizabeth Jurenovich, M.S., L.C.P.A.A., L.P.C., L.M.F.T.
Executive Director/Founder

Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and sociology from Trinity University, and a master's degree in counseling psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University (both in San Antonio). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and a Certified Professional Open Adoption Practitioner. She began her adoption career in 1987. A mother of two small boys, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, politics, and avoiding housework at all costs.

Angela Martinez, M.S.W.
Family Services Coordinator

Angela graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a bachelor's degree in Social Work, and then earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas (Austin). A diehard Longhorns fan, she is also the very favorite aunt of two nieces and one nephew and makes the world's best chicken spaghetti.

Pamela Zinsmeister, M.A., L.P.C. - Intern
Maternity Services Coordinator

Pamela, who put herself through school, got her bachelor's and master's degrees in counseling from the University of Texas (San Antonio). A former model and a country girl at heart, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and a variety of pets that include a larger-than-life raccoon, a dog and a fox.

Holly "Renee" Todd, B.S.
Maternity Services Coordinator

"Renee," as she's known around the office, is a California native who graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor's degree in Child Development. She has extensive experience in caring for children, and is married to her childhood sweetheart, who was himself adopted as a baby. Renee enjoys photography, good books and pampering her dogs.

Mona Minjarez, L.S.W.
Agency Services Coordinator

Mona is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She previously worked in the areas of foster care and probation. Mona spends her spare time buying more shoes than Imelda Marcos, watching old movies and pining over James Dean, and dreaming of that hot pink Harley she hopes to own someday.
